About the role  

The role is full time (37 hours), permanent.       

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and aspiring Lecturer in Business to join our Business & Education team at Middlesbrough College. Our numbers are growing across all our full time vocational business programmes therefore we are seeking a Lecturer in Business to teach our L2 and L3 full time learners.

Lecturers plan and deliver a wide range of challenging, relevant learning and work experiences that ensure all learners can develop and apply the skills, knowledge, behaviours and attitudes required for the 21st Century learning, life and work.

 

The successful candidate will:  

Hold a relevant qualification at Degree level.

Be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards.

Have current experience and / or knowledge of one or more fields of Business.

Current knowledge and / or experience of teaching Business.

Current knowledge of potential issues in Business.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
