Middlesbrough College is seeking a Recruitment Advisor who thrives on new opportunities and excels at building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. With your excellent organisational skills, you will manage the recruitment process, from developing sourcing strategies and creating job adverts to supporting hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
As part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in our ambitious journey to make Middlesbrough College an employer of choice. You will enhance our employer branding, attend recruitment events, and proactively fill hard-to-recruit roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and Compliance teams, manage relationships with agencies, and provide market insights to internal stakeholders. You will also be present on selection panels, supporting hiring managers in making confident, fair, and inclusive hiring decisions and manage the offer process.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who:
Hold a relevant qualification at level 3 and above, such as Recruitment or HR.
Have experience in end-to-end recruitment management from an in-house, education, and/or agency environment.
Demonstrate experience in managing high-volume recruitment, including developing unique, attractive advertisements and understanding how to attract, engage, and hire great talent.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels.
Possess exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
