  • Coordinate the scholarship application and selection process, including reviewing applications, organising selection committees, and communicating decisions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with sponsors to help secure future scholarship opportunities.

  • Hold grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Have a commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
  • Have a personal commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Have relevant work-based experience, ideally in an industrial engineering environment – design, project management, manufacturing or production-based role.
  • Have proven experience in employer engagement, partnership development, or a related role within education.

What’s in it for you?

The college offers an excellent benefits package which includes:

  • Generous Annual Leave (30-45 days per annum (pro rata), depending on role)
  • Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave
  • Competitive Salaries
