About the role
The purpose of the Head of Quality - Apprenticeships role is to lead and drive the strategic direction, implementation, and enhancement of quality assurance processes across the college's apprenticeships provision. The role is focused on ensuring the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment, aligning apprenticeship delivery with both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Beyond managing quality assurance, the role involves continuous evaluation and improvement of apprenticeship programmes through rigorous data analysis, curriculum development, and staff training. The Apprenticeships Quality Manager will work closely with internal teams to foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring that apprentices receive a consistently high-quality educational experience.
Ultimately, the purpose of the Head of Quality - Apprenticeships is to maintain and elevate the quality of the college's apprenticeship offerings, driving successful outcomes for apprentices and reinforcing the college’s reputation as a leader in vocational education. By focusing on quality and enhancing teaching and learning practices, you will contribute to the college's mission of delivering outstanding education and training that prepares learners for successful careers.
