As the largest provider of post 16 skills in the area, and with a commitment to support current and future employers with their skills needs, we are seeking an experienced senior leader to join our Senior Leadership Team to ensure the College responds fully to the requirements of business and community stakeholders. This role will lead on supporting inward investors, skills devolution, our response to the Local Skills Improvement Plan, be the skills lead for inspection and support industry to innovate their organisation. You will have a passion for excellent client management and customer service, have a track record of leading, developing and managing teams and be comfortable in thought leadership situations, being the face of the college within our external community.
